• Prince 2 (government project methodology), basic accreditation (2007)
• Trained in reengineering under Mike Hammer (one of the original proponents of reengineering, 1993)

Experience, Achievements & Recent Projects

• Built several businesses from virtually nothing to leaders in their field in short time frames
• Recent work on some very large (multi $bn) successful projects for the Victorian Government
• Deputy CEO of large TAFE for 4 years – created and delivered significant change program
• Director level roles for last 25 years in UK and US public company subsidiaries, and the public sector
• Over the last 12 years created the Fast Track Leadership Development Program™
• Created and introduced several turn-around projects in both the private and public sectors
